About

<![CDATA[The Texas Fathers’ Rights Movement (TFRM) is working to preserve The Best Interest of the Child after divorce and separation by promoting the practice of equal parenting in Texas. Its members consist of mothers, fathers, grandmothers, grandfathers, sons and daughters who have witnessed the hardships placed on children and families when a child is separated from one of their parents after divorce. Research shows that children spending equal amounts of time with both parents is in The Best Interest of the Child.

TFRM believes that both parents possess fundamental and inalienable rights in the care, custody, and management of their child[1]. We believe that a child’s best interest are dependent on these rights which enable parents to exercise their responsibilities to their children. And thus we are passionate about the need to recognize and preserve parental rights.

Our mission includes bringing the community of affected and concerned parents together as a unified social force aimed at strengthening the connection each parent has to their children and restoring society’s ideals of the father, through family law reform, educating the public and assisting individuals dealing with the harms inflicted on their kids and themselves by a strenuous and conflict inducing family law system.

Our Core Beliefs:

  • We believe that children’s best interest are served when they have equal access to both parents and that parent/child bonds should be protected and even encouraged.
  • We believe that a standard possession order does not provide reasonable minimum contact and is not in the best interest of the child.
  • We believe that research conducted in the past two decades, as well as the consensus of social scientist on the matter, is a mandate that equal parenting be implemented.
  • We believe that the adversarial nature of family courts is primarily due to parents fighting over access to their children, to the detriment of their children, and is only in the best interest of those who are hired to represent the parents in this “winner take all” struggle.
  • We believe that parents possess fundamental and inalienable rights in the care, custody and management of their child and we seek to require our Family Courts to honor and bind to the 14th amendment of the United States Constitution pertaining to Due Process and Equal Protection.

I see that you are requesting donation for Wayne Dolcefino to work on court corruption. I am offended at this request. He is heavily involved in the court corruption with at least one Houston attorney. I have a picture of him with the court appointed social investigator, psychologist, and the opposing council in my case all visiting before one of my hearings.
You need to do your homework on Wayne before you supply him with money. If you give him money he is getting paid on both sides of the corruption.
